Aliotta.
Di questa famiglia di Licodia Eubea notiamo un Angelo, proconservatore di detta città negli anni 1747, 1758, 1786, 1793, che ottenne la concessione del titolo di barone di Cameni a 2 luglio 1798.
Lo stesso titolo già posseduto da un Girolamo Ruffino, ed un Barone Cristofaro Aliotta e Ferreri (forse figlio del precedente) proconservatore di detta città di Licodia negli anni 1796, 1798, 1800 e 1810.

Of this family of Licodia Eubea we notice an Angelo, proconservatore of said city in years 1747, 1758, 1786, 1793, that July 1798 obtained the concession of the title it of baron of Cameni to 2 July 1809.
The same title already possessed it from a Girolamo Ruffino, and a Baron Cristofaro Aliotta and Ferreri (perhaps previous son of) the proconservatore one of said city of Licodia in years 1796, 1798, 1800 and 1810.

Antonio Aliotta
Antonio Aliotta - Filosofo - Nato a Palermo il 18 gennaio 1881. Studio e si laureò in Filosofia a Firenze.
Aliotta, Antonio, 1881–1964, Italian philosopher. He taught at the universities of Padua and Naples. He wrote a critical analysis of contemporary philosophy, The Idealistic Reaction Against Science (1912, tr. 1914), and then became identified with pragmatism, primarily in opposition to the idealism of Benedetto Croce and Giovanni Gentile. His complete works, in Italian, were published in 7 volumes (1949–54).
